- The process and resources needed to deliver end-user training

Workspace Admins working in an organization that is deploying or expanding their workspace installation who are tasked with:

- Engaging sponsors and enlisting the support of customer stakeholders
- Communicating the anticipated changes to users
- Creating a stakeholder assessment, organization analysis, communications plan, stakeholder engagement plan, and training needs assessment.
