Details: This session is intended for customer-facing Googlers in Cloud GTM who are working with customers and partners on Customer Engagement Suite implementations. This training includes the following topics: Conversational Agents Implementation Agent Assist Implementation Insights Implementation Goal: Be able to assist customers and/or partners you are working with in implementing in these areas within the Customer Engagement Suite. Pre-Requisites: It is highly recommended that you’ve completed the following pre-reqs to ensure you have a solid foundation of knowledge to build upon in this training.
