the code we pasted in was not correct so my app would not deploy. after researching how to fix the code and correcting it i did not have time to finish

This is the third time I attempted this lab and every time it is a problem with quicklabs, this time it froze at the step 3 - Allow Fulfillment to store help ticket data. Great information, excellent step by step instruction, I am really learning a lot. I just want to finish the lab and I have used up all three attempts. Also, I was able to successfully finish 3 other quicklabs projects and received no badges, in addition Coursea does not show that I have even attempted these modules. I hope someone will read this who can help?

During Task 3 and deploying Fulfillment index.js, I get "Cancelled" and the following message in the lower right hand portion of the screen: "Error happened during Cloud Functions Deployment. Ok."
