Outdated instructions on bucket permissions.

terribly outdated instructions, had to guess on multiple things and couldn't even complete the quest. Specifically there was no "edit object default permissions" option, and I couldn't get access to the webpage and constantly got a database error. Needs to be updated ASAP. Literally takes someone 10 minutes to come in and write out where this function has been moved to.
