The is the second time I've tried this lab. The first time I ran it I must have miskeyed the cluster expansion, because my old account got permanently locked, due to excess resource utilization. The error messaging around that was bad, I couldnt tell why it was locked. When I opened a support case, they told me why it was locked, but that they couldnt fix it.
