Many problems with the Dataflow step, I got an 403 ERROR

Task 4 says "The Dataflow job status must be in running state.", even though the job is in running state and has proper name and configuration. I had to contact support which provided command to run a new job, but I have not seen anything wrong with my original job.

Task 4 is flakey and if you create the job via the UI it does not recognise it. I had to use the script provided by Qwiklab support to pass this lab, even though the job I created via the UI was correct and passes Task 5.
