Lots of procedures, and too complex to understand for begineers if they dont know what relevance of each step is to the entire process.

The 1 hour time is not enough. I had gone through each text & code block in the notebook to understand and run code one by one step, the time ran out of. I had to start another new one hour session. I think maybe 2 hours for this lab (FYI, I took totally more than 1.5 hours including the reading/understanding/running codes.) It is fine with the content but only the time period is not that goog.
