The first question at the end, which says: "All viertual machine instances within a network can communicate with each other" is only true (if I understood the text correctly) if either of these is true a) you are in the default network scheme b) if the right firewall rules are set. But not necessarily by default. Therefore, I was baffled when the answer to it was "true"
