I wasted 45 minutes because of a provider version mismatch due to the old version of the network module that is contrained to <= 5.0.0 which is not mentioned in steps 1-5.

Kind of satisfied with the challenge but I think the time given is not enough considering the issues I ran into. I think it should be mentioned that the hashicorp/google provider should be version locked to below version 5 to prevent issues.
