us-east4 zone was busy when I've tried to run the jobs and I was getting failure so I had to manually change the zone to us-east1 to successfully run the jobs. It's worth testing at different times

Lab error. Job run on Dataflow failed. Some problem with region us-east. I need to change all scripts to region us-west3. After this change, all steps have been completed
