The steps listed for Tableau report development, it'd be useful to summarize what we are trying to achieve. While it was easy to follow the steps, it was hard to understand what we were trying to build.

Guys, I would like to get a refund of my 8 credits for "Using Tableau Desktop with Amazon Redshift". The .rdp file would not open in CORD on my mac. I downloaded and installed CORD per the recommendations in the Lab Instructions before I began the Lab. CORD installed and loaded with no problems. I downloaded the .rdp file with no problems. When I tried to open it in CORD, I get an error "the server could not be resolved." Please refund my credits so I can try other labs. Thank you, Gerald
