This was a bad lab.. and bad choice of Words in the Title.. This is not a Chat Bot.. a Bot is a two way stuff, where the end users interact with the bot using text.. this is just a notification to slack channel. i want my 8 credits refund back...

Could not get past step #3 as Kohl's is blocking the access to www.slack.com and have no internal contact to get it corrected.

Overall I enjoyed this lab. Working on the support side of things, I was able to see value and another side of how things could be handled.

I found this lab to be very confusing. First of all, the test worked but then I got errors when messages came from SNS (I'm not sure if that was intended, it might have been). What doesn't make sense to me is why make a lambda function that sends alarms when it's working. I just don't get the idea of this lab.
