I think there is a mistake in the lab. I was unsuccessful when I attempted to access the ELB with the root context (either http://labelb-165199147.us-west-2.elb.amazonaws.com/ or http://labelb-165199147.us-west-2.elb.amazonaws.com). To be successful, I had to specify the index.php page
