As a software engineer, the APIGEE experience is not great. I would much rather write the actual code that does variable extraction from query params and then create a new payload that I submit to the relevant api, using an sdk for that api. All of this can run on cloud run. While coding I get great linting in my ide instead of editing XML, which is a rough experience. The lab, however is good and this final test was not just a walk over like the previous ones, but I would actually need to study the apigee docs more in order to pass. Since neither myself nor the company I work at will ever use apigee, I will not do this, but it was still good to learn about what apigee is.

On task 1 I keep getting this message: Please update the base path and redeploy the API proxy. The Base Path has been updated and redeployed 4 times. Same thing on second attempt. It is stuck on 15/20

jsonpath and first nonnull template functions are not working as mentioned in the instructions. not recognizing the flow variables passed as 2nd argument .
