I could not connect to the EC2 instance because using Putty and the PPK file the session still prompted me for a login. Wasted credits!!

The lab was informative. The downside is that there could be more time placed to complete this lab. Almost half the time I spent completing this lab was spent waiting on the flow logs to be provisioned. I may need to redo this lab so that I can have a better understanding on what is going on.

Although the lab purpose may have been to demonstrate functionality, a lot of it was spent copying and pasting code. As a non-native to coding (although understanding the principles) this was mostly a copy and paster exercise.
