Good Stuff. Should probably define what is meant by Hosted Zone from the outset. I had to look it up myself. I guess it's another term for domain.

I used s3 static website url(http://www.route53-labs-27.com.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/)but routing not allowed to save it. so I saved it with some default value (http://s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com./) but once it failover it is displaying the same message like "under construction" instead of 404 error
