Maintaining High Availability with Auto Scaling (for Linux) Reviews

Something is missing in the lab. When testing the autoscaling, load balancer doesn't have any instance in service so I have to add 1st instance manually. When I hit LB to go to the only instance to generate the load, and CPU is 100% and 2nd instance is created. I waited but again, it still is not added to the LB automatically so I added to LB manually. I don't think I miss any step. Please check the lab instruction and let me know what step(s) should the instance(s) added to LB automatically. Thanks, Paul

Broad coverage but not enough in depth explanation on the commands and a wrap up on the blueprint of the solution would be helpful too

Dear Qwiklabs Japanese edition is too old. that is written in 2014. we can't do STEP 26 at all. STEP26で失敗しました。 コメントを見ると、日本の方々だけ同じSTEPで失敗している人が多かったので、もしやと思って調べました。これは日本語版がVer4であり、2014年のもの(名前を見る限り)。 英語版は4.2 2017年版なっているためなようです。 My account で言語を日本語に設定されているのを英語にしてから作業してみてください。 そもそもコマンドの名前やその前の作業も違うことがわかります。 途中で心が折れたので、最後までできなかったので★を少なめに付けます。 英語そのものは難しくないと思います。

1. if at step 26 set region with letter (for ex. us-west-2b) 2. step 27 will raise an error: Could not connect to the endpoint URL: "https://autoscaling.us-west-2b.amazonaws.com/" 3. overcome: set full region (foe ex. us-west-2) at step 26.
