サブスクリプションでラボを開始した場合、認証が通らずCLIでAuto Scalingの設定などの操作が一切できず、マネージメントコンソールで代替した。クレジットでしかできないラボであれば、そうするべき。Auto ScalingのサスペンドはCLIのみか？

Was receiving an error "Could not connect to the endpoint URL: "https://autoscaling.us-west-2b.amazonaws.com/"" when try to create the Auto Scaling Group. I reviewed the directions of the lab and made several attempts to troubleshoot the problem with no success.
