For the life of me, none of the CloudFront demo's seem to work... they all keep redirecting to the non-cached original.

It took way too long for Cloudfront to push out. I didnt have much time to play around with it. Perhaps you may want to suggest a deploy to just the US and Europe to save time instead of all 50 edge locations. (If that saves time!)
