lab stopped working for few mins and then start working again after 5 to 10 mins later

I didn't finish this lab for below issue. User: arn:aws:sts::352012419503:federated-user/kzmksk+qwiklabs is not authorized to perform: rds:CreateDBInstance on resource: arn:aws:rds:us-west-2:352012419503:db:drupallab with an explicit deny (Service: AmazonRDS; Status Code: 403; Error Code: AccessDenied; Request ID: 9048f9ab-1819-49d7-9598-e1356ac1441e)

Line 56: there is no guarantee of this. It is possible to misinterpret that it's still being hosted locally. There should be a step 56a where you intentionally make a typo on the endpoint which will fail suggesting that this line is actually working. Line 63: students should check the EC2 UI as well to see the new additional db.t2.medium instances.
