it does not work!!!!!!!!!!!!! The password for the RDGW does not work (with the one generated from the RDGW and the one generated from the DC)

Highlights just how convoluted Windows Server Admin is, but some more effort needs to go into explanation of steps, and more time required given how fiddly the Windows environment is to configure over rdesktop.

RDGW instance failed to complete setup the first time, but second time I ran it it worked. Hopefully we can get credits back for the failed run.
