Would not allow me to do first step (launch instance) gave error that user has no permission. Tried to log a support call but account that was created doesn't have access to do that either.

Challenging to copy text from local Mac to Remote Windows desktop and to download xml file in the reverse direction as the settings are different from local Windows to Remote Windows via RDP client. Other than that the lab works fine!
