not terribly helpful just to paste templates -- a close examination of the differences in the JSON would be more helpful. also the last iteration of the template didn't seem to work. i might have made a mistake but i have a feeling something in CF or AWS in general has changed since this was written, and maybe it could use an audit.

The error when you forget to click the "acknowledge" button when kicking off a Cloudformation update is confusing. It is an IAM error, I still continue to get an "unknown" (with no other text) when I end the lab (red button). What is this? Please fix.
