Could not download the PPK file so I was not able to get past that portion of the lab. It was great up to that point. I have submitted a ticket since I will need to use additional points to redo this lab.

Failed to connect to the EC2 instance. Pemission denied although i had all the correct key pair.

This is ok but there are issues. For example the static site still posts to the ec2 instance for comments.
