dns cname of spl-dev was already in use. I used another name. on 64, you need to wait until the electic beanstalk is healthy before you can deploy another change

I can not proceed with the problem because I can not log in as ubuntu user. Is the pem key different? I can log in with ec2-user, but I can not use the git command.
