instructions for code changes are missing MEMCACHED_PORT, I didn't download the zip and only commited my code changes and deploy failed. downloaded zipfile of updates and then worked properly

It could use more explanation on loadbalancer. Also copying and pasting git commands without functionality context can confuse the course's users.
