You need to change instruction "Enter forward slash (/) to place users in the top-level OU. Optionally put the user in an OU under the top-level OU, for example /Teachers" to "Enter /Teachers to place users in the Teachers OU". Cause when place users in the top-level OU and Teachers OU, as shows on picture of Sample spreadsheet with required fields, and check progress - message "Move the user to Teachers OU as mentioned in instruction".
