The stack never completed creation. I've deleted the stack and will attempt the lab later.

Several errors in lab text. The ones I remember are the resource prefix is "qls-", not "qlstack2-", IPv6 settings are omitted, and the updated filename in the text is "grand_canyonv2.jpg" but the actual filename in the bucket is "grand_canyon_v2.jpg"

Lab built Web distribution in N. Virginia, not Oregon, so the distribution took a long time to deploy and the Invalidation remained "In Progress" for over 40 minutes and never completed. Fortunately, nearby edge locations were updated so I got the Scottish Highlands to appear in the distribution after all. This lab needs to be designed to use Oregon per the instructions since N. Virginia is too busy!
