I have no idea about any of this as I am currently in customer support for Emdeon. My previous job, I built truck engines for Nissan. Now I am a geek, but the instructions and webinar were so clear that I was able to follow the steps to successfully publish onto the web with an external ip of http://52.88.21.28/. If I'm able to follow along and complete this, then I'd say anyone in the field should have no issues unless they complicate it themselves.

It started off great then fell apart around step 43. I couldn't log into the remote desktop.

Pretty good Lab but kind of a lot of bouncing around from web page to web page and RDP windows etc. I was able to get through it though. Thanks for the informative lab and ability to do hands on for free.
