Very good hands on experience, I believe I would be learning how to use DNS down the road, otherwise I expected it in this lecture. But learning about EIP was great.

This a very lightweight walkthrough that is not much different from the free introductory lab. You'll finish it quickly, so use your extra lab time to dig around and make it worthwhile.
