Random powershell error when starting newly edit ec2instance took up additional time in the lab. Barely finished because of the time it took to troubleshoot the error.

I was not able to start the powershell. Lot's of problems with configuration. Tried the recommendations on https://docs.aws.amazon.com/powershell/latest/userguide/pstools-getting-set-up.html but did not worked.
