I completed the steps including uploading an image to the bucket and changing the access to public for the image in the bucket. However, it was never registered that I completed those tasks. I do have screenshots as confirmation, and I have completed this step before. There must be an issue on the test's part. Follow up: My Mac has an extra step of converting images to jpg (not jpeg), and it is only through word. Just something to be conscious of.
