BlockApps STRATO: Spin Up A Blockchain Node in 3 minutes Reviews

I got this message upon launching the node "You are missing resourcemanager.projects.setIamPolicy permission, which is needed to set the required roles on the created Service Account". Why am I getting this message?

Very dissatisfied. The instructions to launch a single node blockchain are written in a sloppy way. the 30 minutes allocated time was spent on trying to unsuccessfully deploy the node. There were errors and I sent feedbacks. Hopefully someone will read the feedback and work on fixing the issues so people in future can "learn" something
