You need to update the instructions to tell the user to change the 'PERMISSIONS' then 'Access Control' to 'Fine-grained' so that they can change the 'OBJECTS' individual permissions in the bucket

Would have sometimes liked more indepth information about the workings of these online tools, but the little Notebook excerpt was a step in the good direction. Otherwise: great class! Felt so real :-)
