Instructions are not clear even for a challenge lab. E.g. there is no requirement that resources must run in us-central1 region, but obviously checks work there only.

it is not clear why to create label for RDP rule on bastion. If we do it, that means that we can connect to vm-secure only via default network. But we connect to bastion via default network as well. So there is no point is such configuration at all.
