If your Zones do not have the capacity to deploy a cluster, why in the hell your labs are asking to deploy only in that specific region and zone? Even an idiot would have thought about putting an availability check before assigning that region to a lab.

I've tried working with support on this lab multiple times, although I've been told there are no issues with the lab following the explicit instructions from the support team the final task still did not complete.

You really need to change the instruction on task 6 so people know that they need to rebuild the cloud build and not any other way (git revert, kubectl rollout, ...)
