Unknown, I didn't realize I needed to block 60 min "Right Now", I was just trying to sign up for the lab, and then come, start/finish it later.

There are multiple issues such as not being able to add volumes into the instance, create more than two instances; I tried to create a instance for Windows server but it kept directing to a error with launch failure logs, as there were no issues with the SG configured for the instance
