I realize its an introduction, but I expected a little more in terms of how to define a deploy.

Too simple I glazed over and must have incorrectly entered data. As a result, this "simple" lab did deploy correctly for me. (oh, the irony)

Waaay too basic. You don't really learn anything about code deploy, just trying to click through a bunch of patterns. When I tried to explore code deploy, e.g. by ssh'ing to the instance, or trying to do custom mode by uploading the SampleApple_Linux.zip to a S3 bucket, then there was no way to attach the application to the bucket without going through the CLI which was likewise unavailable. In short, way too basic and you don't really learn anything. The lab needs to be more robust in terms of additional access/options given, or ask more of the user than to follow cookbook instructions. Even Indian outsourcing firms can do that haha...but was hoping the lab can improve actual skills.
