There is an error in the instructions for copying and pasting the Properties json. The instructions say to paste over all the contents in the Properties tab, but you need to copy into the Properties object inside the Resources object to make the template work.

There is an error in 23. - we should not replace everything but only 'Properties'.

there is an error: you say to copy paste 'Specify Resource Properties' and replace resource definition - but it is only the part of definition
