Unabe to learn much about Data Catalog as the time duration is too short. Creating a postgres insance alone took 13 minutes for me

[13m10s elapsed] google_sql_database_instance.postgres: Creation complete after 13m12s [id=postgres-0627] google_sql_user.postgres: Creating... And when I try Postgres again, it will produces the same "Error: Failed to load "tfplan" as a plan file" like sqlserver and MySQL!!!
