It will help if you provide a better estimate for the creation of the Vertex AI instance that is required to run the Jupyter Notebook, this took around 8 - 10 minutes in my case. Nevertheless, I do appreciate that you have increase the available time to complete this Lab, which prevents the aforementioned complain to become a relevant issue.
