There is /was a mismatch between the directions and the product UI. When creating an instance with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, there was no SSH button. Rather, there was a RDP button. That made it a bit difficult to follow the lab.

I opened a trouble ticket during the session (#447333) and realised during the lab the origin of this problem: there is a missing instruction block in the lab.
