followed the steps exactly as presented but help char checkpoint never completes even thou i am able to successfully complete everything else in lab, include using jenkins for deployment but jenkins install checkoint does not succeed.

Faced error "Error from server (Forbidden): namespaces "new-feature" is forbidden: User "system:serviceaccount:default:cd-jenkins" cannot get resource "namespaces" in API group "" in the namespace "new-feature"" towards the end. Creating the namespace manually does not solve the error.
