I a security professional (not a SWE), but for me there were many tools and concepts.. along with code in premade files that made it difficult for me to grasp beyond the general concepts of Continuous build and deployments. For me this lab would probably have been better as an instructor led, in person class over a period of 2 or more days to ask questions and become more familiar with the various tools. I also ran into a problem on the source repositories cloud app, as the first time visit seems to push for you to set up a repository through the UI before you can view others like the one for the sample app. Fortunately all the command line code and instructions worked flawlessly so I could still complete the lab.
