Lab didn't work and wasn't able to complete. Kept giving an error of "Sorry, access denied for this resource." Second time I've gotten this error and I keep wasting credits and time.

The image name is no longer valid. The Debian Jessie image referenced needs updated. Mine didn't work as I couldn't fix this after I ran it because part of the resource was already created.
