if we are stuck, how can we resolve and the time ends. Please provide a link with steps in case we are unable to proceed. Or if possible, check after each step (like instance group creation and firewall creation) so that we know from which step we need to troubleshoot.

I first created regional application loadbalancer and it was working but scoring system did not detect it!! and it was mentioned to use regional resources unless specified and be cost effective...I dont see how creating global can be right in this situation
